Reporting to the Program Supervisor, this role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the StoryCycles and Early Learning Everywhere programs for the Contra Costa team. The CLS will manage a caseload of classrooms, facilitate workshops for families and educators, lead playgroups and Read Aloud demonstrations for children, and build relationships with early childhood educators and family-serving organizations across Contra Costa County. Cleaning Your Refrigerator Because of a Food Recall

 Assuming that you have a reviewed food thing in your fridge, it's essential to toss out the food and clean your cooler. Microbes in the reviewed food could spread to drawers or racks in your cooler.


Instructions to Clean Your Refrigerator After a Food Recall

Things expected to clean your fridge:

Sealable packs

Hot, foamy water

Clean towels

Discretionary: water + fade


Step 1 - Throw out recalled food

Toss out the reviewed food, and some other food varieties put away with it or contacting it.

Put it in a fixed pack in the trash.

On the off chance that the reviewed food was put away in a reusable compartment, wash the holder with hot, lathery water prior to reusing.


Step 2 - Empty your refrigerator

Void the other things in your cooler and put them on a counter or table while you clean.

Take out racking, drawers, and some other removable parts.

Try not to avoid food sources with regards to the fridge for over 2 hours.


Step 3 - Wash removable parts

Wash shelving, drawers, and any other removable parts by hand with hot, soapy water.
Dry with a clean towel.
Don’t run cold glass shelves or drawers under hot water because the glass could crack. Let them come to room temperature first.


Step 4 - Clean and sanitize inside the refrigerator

Dry with a spotless towel.

Remember to wipe inside the entryways and any drawers that can't be taken out.


*Optional step

After cleaning the refrigerator with hot, soapy water, use a solution of 1 tablespoon of liquid bleach in 1 gallon of water to sanitize your refrigerator.


Step 5 - Return shelves, drawers, and food

Put the racks, drawers, and other removable parts back in the cooler, alongside different things you took out.


And don’t forget:

Clean up with water and cleanser whenever you've completed the process of cleaning.

Utilize hot, foamy water to wipe kitchen counters that held food, drinks, fridge parts, and any cleaning materials.

Wash any towels you used to dry the cooler prior to utilizing them once more
