The Company Driver-Messenger is expected to do the following:
As Messenger, assist in processing applications, renewals and other transactions involving business permits, licenses, registrations, certifications & other similar regulatory requirements.
Coordinate & communicate effectively with various local government units, banks, law offices and other agencies relative to the business of the Company.
Deliver and collect company materials, documents and supplies as needed.
As Driver, safely transport employees/company representatives and guests to and from designated locations.
Maintain the Company vehicles in good condition by ensuring cleanliness, road worthiness & following periodic maintenance schedules including vehicle licenses/ registrations/ insurances.
Keep accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel & toll consumptions.
Assist the HR/Admin Department for other related tasks not mentioned above.
