About the Job :
Perform full set of accounts and oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow management;
Handle month-end closing including the preparation and review of financial statements and management reporting, budgeting and forecasting;
Manage PRC books closing, ensuring compliance with relevant mainland accounting standards and tax regulations;
Handle financial operations and project cost control for projects, and prepare cost performance and variance analysis reports;
Handle inter-company transactions, cross-border payments, and monthly balance reconciliations;
Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements :
Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
6-8 years of experience or above in the accounting & finance field; experience gained in e-commerce, project accounting or entertainment experience would be an advantage;
Solid experience in handling PRC accounting/books and cross-border financial operations;
Hands-on experience gained in E-commerce, Entertainment, or project-based industries will be a distinct advantage;
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software, with hands-on experience in FlexAccount being a strong plus;
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and administrative review skills;
A proactive team player with a positive attitude, strong self-motivation, and the independence to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
